- I find it ridiculous that nobody who writes about food contamination, nor those who read about it, ever seems to contemplate the root cause of the problem- centralized distribution of food along with unsanitary conditions. Real food spoils. Duh. Sanitized fake packaged food doesn't spoil.

- Without question, labeling should be required. Consumers have a choice, and problems can be traced. It's aboslutely essential.
