Raw milk sickened scores, even with oversight, report finds
Sun May 5, 2013
Actually, this guys facts are wrong. Raw milk in the US is safer on a per serving basis. There's a complete analysis on the WestonAPrice.org website. Following government logic, we need to pasteurize sushi and cantaloupe to be safe too.
10 foods that can wreck your mood

What happened? Did NBC get a new health editor? Did they change their policies? This is HUGE! More please!! I haven't seen such a factual article (instead of industrial conventional wisdom) on a health topic from MSNBC/NBCNews EVER!!! Usually, they and other news organizations like them, are to …
See Jesus in toast? Elvis on a chip? Science tells who sees faces in objects

You guys are missing the obvious- it's Frank Zappa after he shaved. Or Steven Tyler. Seriously, hasn't anybody ever heard of the Rorschach ink blot tests? You can do it at home with your toaster!
Nearly 400 now sick from tainted tuna in sushi
Fri Jun 22, 2012
I find it ridiculous that nobody who writes about food contamination, nor those who read about it, ever seems to contemplate the root cause of the problem- centralized distribution of food along with unsanitary conditions. Real food spoils. Duh. Sanitized fake packaged food doesn't spoil.

UNBELIEVABLE. Folks, follow the money. If it was about your health or about saving "health care" dollars, this wouldn't even register on the list of concerns for things to prevent.
As vote nears, 'locavores' fight over food safety bill
Wed Nov 17, 2010
This country's food supply is at great risk BECAUSE of centralization. The FDA's overarching concern seems to be to prevent another fast food e-coli breakout, and with good reason.
What you should eat (and avoid) to beat breast cancer
Thu Oct 28, 2010
To my pleasant surprise, this article gets it mostly right. The mainstream media often act as shills for various food industry groups.
Should genetically modified salmon be labeled so consumers know what they're buying?
Tue Sep 21, 2010
Without question, labeling should be required. Consumers have a choice, and problems can be traced. It's aboslutely essential.
Would you eat seafood that has been genetically engineered?
Mon Sep 20, 2010
This extreme step requires very long term testing to understand the implications. We need labeling to avoid being in this experiment!!
